STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR DESIGN
Browse our exclusive designs and choose the one that feels like home. And don't worry if you see something you'd like to change. We make it easy to make any design your very own.
STEP 2: MODIFY YOUR DESIGN (OR DON'T)
MODIFY
If you want to make any modifications, just send us a list. A member of our team will contact you to review your list and finalize it, and then we'll prepare a quote for the cost to modify the design. Once you've approved the quote and purchased the plans, we'll begin working on your modifications.
DON'T MODIFY
If you love everything as-is, all that's left to do is to specify whether you want the plans as-shown or mirrored and then add them to your cart. Checkout takes just a few minutes, but you'll bask in the glory of your purchase for the foreseeable future.
STEP 3: RECEIVE YOUR DIGITAL FILES
A member of our team will send a PDF of your complete construction drawings, specifications, and energy calculations, inclusive of any modifications you may have made.

STEP 4: RECEIVE YOUR BOX SET
Soon after receiving your digital files, you'll receive our beautiful trademark blue linen box with a full-size printed set of your construction drawings in the mail. It's at this point that many of our clients have reported feeling overcome by the need to celebrate. Embrace it! Take a selfie with your drawings and plaster the social interwebs (with @PerchPlans tagged, of course).
STEP 5: SELECT YOUR BUILDER & START CONSTRUCTION
Use any builder you like. They will guide you through the rest of the process to turn your design into your home. But please stay in touch with us, too - We're always curious to know how your house is coming along… and we love photos!
