Cheers to the Start of Something Big

The day has finally come, and to say we’re excited would be an understatement. Today we launch Perch Plans, creating a new way to shop for high design house plans online.
The idea of Perch Plans came about when we started to see a void in the architectural marketplace. Prospective buyers were finding themselves faced with two choices when shopping for house designs. The first was to hire an architect to custom design their home, a great option if the client’s budget allowed. The second was to scour page after page of online pre-designed house plans consisting of many mass-produced cookie cutter designs which, honestly, we found to be quite uninspiring.
Perch Plans offers a new alternative by providing high-end house plans at an attainable budget. With Perch Plans, we ensure that you will not drive down the street and see the same house as yours. Each house plan is part of a
limited distribution program which guarantees the same house will not be built within your zip code and limits the total number of builds to fifty per plan.
Our first season focuses on the modern farmhouse style. This was inspired by a custom home previously designed by
Tim Brown Architecture, Perch Plans’ parent company, which received an overwhelming response from viewers online. The modern farmhouse floor plans focus on creating warm and inviting environments for family and friends to gather. We are looking forward to seeing these
modern farmhouse floorplans, and the plans from future seasons come to life for families everywhere.
