You may have noticed that we’ve been a little MIA here on Stories from the Perch. We promise it’s for a very good reason – we’ve been busy paying special attention to all our Perch customers.
It was just under one year ago that we started Perch Plans. When we started it, we weren’t quite sure what to expect, but we were determined to give it our best shot! The first few months were a bit quiet while we worked hard to get the word out. We sat patiently and waited for orders to start coming in, then one day they did! Since then, we’ve sold our high-end house plans all across the United States from Texas to North Carolina to Washington state and more.
It’s been great watching our modern farmhouse designs come to life for our clients. In fact, we’re traveling to a home currently under construction in Bainbridge Island soon and can’t wait to share the progress with you. Stay tuned for an upcoming post this summer.
Our clients have been very diverse ranging from young families to retired empty-nesters. While our floor plans are designed to fit the needs of many different clients, we also have worked with some of our homeowners to customize plans to work for them. This process has allowed us to collaborate with them while providing an upfront, no surprises quote for requested changes. We have also worked hard to streamline the process on our end which provides customers with a turnaround time of 10 days for minor plan revisions.
We apologize for the delay in posting an update, but assure you that Perch Plans is going strong! Keep an eye out for our newest collection of high design house plans coming later this year – we can’t wait to share them with you!
