It’s stately, yet soft. Exalted, but benevolent. A monument to the opulence of the English manor, with the warmth and comfort of a humble cottage, tucked into the French countryside. Striking, noble and gracious, we give you, the Ferrandaise.
At 3423 square feet, the Ferrandaise reigns as the largest of the Maison Provincial plans. This vast one story home stretches wide from end to end, mimicking the sprawling landscapes that inspired it. The grand stone gables are at the center of this design, giving the exterior a dignified presence, which is amplified by matching stone chimneys and a myriad of tall windows.
The bright entry corridor opens on one side to an ample living room and abundant kitchen with double islands and walk-in pantry. On the other side, it leads to an expansive formal dining room, restoring the tradition of enjoying family meals together and providing a becoming space to entertain guests. As the vaulted ceiling soars over a handsome stone fireplace, the dining room invites you to return to an earlier time of elegance and refinement.
This design incorporates all the concepts and grandeur of a classic Victorian home, but arranged in a flowing, one story layout. With 4 beds, 3.5 baths, a private study, and generously proportioned rooms, the Ferrandaise provides all the space and flexibility needed for a growing family or empty nesters. A separate master suite offers a secluded haven for quiet and relaxation at the end of the day, while kids or guests have their own media den tucked away from the main areas of the home.
While capturing the air of a European estate, the Ferrandaise still encompasses the bright and open interiors of a more modern lifestyle. The dispersed nature of the layout allows for a more intimate feel, as well as a cascade of natural light from multiple angles in every room.
